They are creatures that
consist of artificial components. Only a few of
them created. All of which made by Dr. Gero and
the Red Ribbon Army. He even made himself into
one. They are usually evil because they are
programmed that way, however they can be changed
and some do become good. They were mainly made to
take over the world towards the beginning and to
destroy Goku for revenge later on. #20 and Cell
don't look like humans. All the rest do.

Description
They are only shown once
in all of Dragon Ball. They are shown when Vegeta
and Nappa are on their way to Earth and stop over
on Arlia to fight before they go to Earth. They
end up being captured, really letting themselves
be captured. They end up freeing the people from
a tyrant, only to kill everyone by blowing up the
planet. That is the only appearance the entire
race makes

powerful diety in Heaven. Their are four of them

Description
The only known members of
the race are Garlic Jr. and Sr. so not much can
be said about the race as a whole. Garlic Sr.
tries to get Kami's position from him but is sent
into the Dead Zone where he dies. Garlic Jr.
comes back in the Dead Zone movie and in the
Garlic Jr. Saga. He wants revenge for his father
and attempts to kill Kami and all.

Description
Saibamen are only seen in
the Sayain saga. They are planted by Nappa from
seeds, grow and try to kill the Z warriors, after
Yamcha basically rips them apart he is killed by
a self-destruction. That's about all they do.
They are eventually killed off. That is the only
time they're mentioned or seen. They're plants
with three claws for fingers.

A strong warrior race. They are
very primitive however and are mercenaries. Their
oozaru transformation gives them 10 times their
power. This is how they destroyed their more
technologically advanced enemies that lived on
planet Vegeta. Tsufuru-Jin, or Tuffels I think,
were that race. When their planet is destroyed by
Freeza there are only 4 known survivors; Nappa,
Vegeta, Goku, and Radditz. Non pure bloods
transform to SSJ at an earlier age than pure
bloods.

Description
A weak race, they're stronger than
the Humans though and they know many techniques.
These techniques are never mentioned and the race
itself is only mentioned once ever after Freeza
is killed. They find Goku and teach him
Instantaneous Movement. It is really their only
contribution to the Dragon Ball storyline.
